I don't think I can explain just how cold it is here right now. Numbers don't begin to explain the cold, so I won't go there. Just know that the high is 18, and that's without the windchill which dips below 0. All I can say is that it is a miracle the people in that plane made it out yesterday with these temps.

Yes, the weather is the same here. Try keeping water for a dog outside! As fast as we put it out, it freezes! And no, they don't stay outside the whole day. But they do like to run around.
