Cold weather food
Just wanted to pass on a recipe to you that I made over the weekend. It's Lighter Beef Chili from the Martha Stewart site. It's super easy and fast to make. It's really good too. The only thing I changed was I used Bison meat instead of beef, and I topped with cheddar cheese, avocado and sour cream. And, the next time, I would lighten up on the chili spice because it was a little too much for Lise'.
